Challenge on Staffing and worker Retention: The only limitation of this service organization is the staff retention. It seems a major challenge for the organization to retain the existing employees and recruiting new staffs to the organization. It is necessary to have adequate staffs for providing proper health service to the community people. The problem lies in the location of the service center of the organization that it is lacking enough staffs (Hikuroa Holliday, 2013). Ethical Dilemmas of service Workers: Ethical dilemma is something that refers to the professional ethics of the organization (Congress, 2017). There are few ethical dilemmas encountered by the service workers of Danila Dilba.
